This report culminates a three month study on the feasibility of a Precision Medicine Catalyst Initiative in Philadelphia as recommended by the Brookings Institution’s report Connect to Compete, which was published and distributed in May, 2017. The study concludes that a Precision Medicine Catalyst Initiative launched by the University City Science Center is indeed feasible and represents a significant opportunity for the economic development of the Philadelphia region.
